Growth Partner Program

Get Paid For Who You Know

You already know homeowners who need work done, or tradespeople looking for it. Introduce them to FixlyPros and you earn a share of every job they do here — not once, but for a full year after they get started.

How It Works

You Get A Code

Apply, and we review it. Approved partners get a personal link, a QR code, and print-ready stickers and flyers you can hand out or put up.

They Sign Up

Anyone who reaches FixlyPros through your code and makes an account is yours — permanently, and automatically. You do not have to chase anyone or file a claim.

You Get Paid

When they complete a job — booking one or doing one — you earn a share of it. That keeps going for a year from their first job, paid monthly.

The Deal, Plainly

Your share
2%
Of the job's list price, before any card surcharge. Both sides of a job can be yours — refer the homeowner and the provider and you earn on each.
How long you earn
12 months
Counted from their first job that earns you something — not from the day they signed up, so a slow starter does not burn your window.
When you get paid
Monthly
Once your balance reaches $5.00. Below that it rolls into next month.
Cost to join
Nothing
There is no fee, no purchase, and nothing to buy. Digital materials are free; physical ones are reviewed and sent at our cost.

Work The Numbers

You can refer two kinds of people, and they are worth very different amounts. Change anything here to see how the arithmetic works. Job value starts at a midpoint of what services on FixlyPros actually cost, but real jobs vary a lot — set it to whatever is realistic for your area.

Homeowners You Refer

Someone who books work. Most households need a handful of jobs a year.
$450,000 of work$9,000

Pros You Refer

A tradesperson who takes work. Someone doing this full time can run a job most working days, which is why this number dwarfs the one above.
$450,000 of work$9,000
Commission over a year$18,000
Homeowners$9,000Pros$9,000
Together that is $900,000 of work, and 2% of it is your share. At these numbers one pro is worth about 60 homeowners to you — $900 a year against $15. You earn for 12 months from the day each person starts, and if you referred both the homeowner and the pro on the same job you earn 2% twice on it.
Balance beats leverage. A pro is worth far more to you than a homeowner, so the obvious move is to sign up nothing but pros. It does not work. A pro with no work to take goes quiet, and you earn nothing on a pro who never runs a job — the 2% is a share of work that actually happens, not a signing bonus. Those 300 jobs a year only exist if there are homeowners booking them. The partners who do best build both sides of a market at once, and the homeowners you refer are what keeps the pros you refer busy enough to stay.
This is arithmetic, not a projection. We do not promise or guarantee that you will earn anything, and many partners will earn nothing. What you make depends on whether the people you introduce actually create accounts, whether they book or accept work, what those jobs are worth, and whether it happens inside your earning window. A pro who takes a job most working days is a busy full-time tradesperson, not a typical one. Do not spend against these numbers.

Who This Suits

Realtors handing over keys to a house that needs three things fixed. Insurance and sales people who talk to homeowners all day. Tradespeople who know other tradespeople. Anyone who runs a local group, a neighbourhood page, or an audience that trusts them. You do not need a following to be useful — you need to know people who need work done.
A few things worth knowing before you apply: participation is by application and we do not approve everyone; a code is issued only on approval, so nothing gets printed against an application still under review; you earn nothing on a job you are the customer of; a click has 90 days to turn into a signup; and refunded jobs are reversed. The full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply, alongside the program's own terms — worth reading before you apply rather than after.
